Read Luke 15:11-32
In the Prodigal Son story, like the other parables of Luke 15, what was lost is found. But the Father not only celebrates the son’s return, He exclaims, “For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found” (v. 24).
Reflection: In our rebellion against God we were not only lost but dead in sin. What does this say about what God has done to bring us back?
Prayer Point: Praise the Father that even though we were once lost and dead that through Christ we’ve been found and made alive in him.
