Guests

Welcome to Wellsping, where we seek to connect God’s Word with God’s people. We know that visiting a new church often raises a lot of questions. This page is designed to provide you with all the information you may need as our guest.

WHEN AND WHERE IS CHURCH?
We are located at 2501 S. Grand Ave. in Mt. Pleasant. Our Sunday morning worship service is held at 10:15 AM. Many of our people also come for Sunday school at 9:00 AM. Check out our Times and Location page for maps and more information.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There is no dress code at Wellspring. Most of our people dress casual on Sunday morning.
WHAT IF I HAVE KIDS?
Many families with kids call Wellspring home. For those families with infants and toddlers (ages 4 and under), we offer a nursery during the 10:15 AM worship service. We also have Sunday school classes for pre-school aged kids through high school. We offer nursery for the Sunday school hour also.
WHAT IS THE WORSHIP SERVICE LIKE?
Musically, the worship service at Wellspring is led by our Worship Team. We generally sing modern  contemporary worship songs but also add some traditional songs as well. We are committed to connecting God’s Word with God’s people,  and the morning message is always grounded in the text of Scripture, informing and challenging God’s people as they seek to grow in their faith in Jesus Christ.
WHAT IS AN EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH?
The Evangelical Free Church of America is an association of autonomous churches united around the same theological convictions. This means that as a local church Wellspring governs itself while at the same time sharing a common statement of faith with other EFCA churches. We belong to the EFCA Central District.
ARE THERE OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO CONNECT?
God’s people need one another in order to grow in their faith. At Wellspring we encourage our people to connect with others in a weekly Life Group. To find out more, visit our Life Groups page. Throughout the year there are also a number of social and service events that our people participate in. Keep an eye on what is going on at Wellspring by visiting our events page.

What a beautiful family you have, it’s a bit bigger then when I last saw you, 12 years ago at Twynholm. I hope you are all well and that the Lord is blessing you in your work.
